Personal Non-Interest CheckingFirst Federal Personal Non-Interest Checking account requires a minimum opening deposit of $100.00. Once open, there is no minimum balance required and no monthly service fees for this account. Both our N.O.W. Checking and Personal Checking accounts feature Debit Cards for your everyday use - the card that looks like a credit card but works like a check! Interest Bearing N.O.W. Checking*This interest bearing N.O.W. account requires a minimum opening deposit of $500.00. When a $500 balance is maintained daily, interest is earned with no monthly service fees and no per check charges. If the balance falls below this minimum during the month, there is a monthly service fee of $5.00, charges of $.10 per check after 20 free items per month, and no interest earned.
